Yes, we are open 7 days a week and we are committed to continuing to serve our customers.
Does Miles Farmers Market have new store hours?
Effective immediately, we will be temporarily modifying our hours to 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., everyday Sunday through Saturday.
Will Miles Farmers Market offer special hours for seniors or individuals with compromised immune systems?
We would like to respectfully ask you to help us provide a special window between 9 and 10 a.m., Monday thru Thursday for seniors, pregnant women and individuals with compromised immune systems to shop first. We ask everyone else to please consider shopping with us after 10 a.m. We recognize everyone has different circumstances. But we hope we can work together as neighbors in our communities to honor this request. We appreciate your understanding and support.
Does Miles Farmers Market have enough product?
Yes, we are fully stocked but may experience sporadic product shortages.
Health and Safety
What is Miles Farmers Market doing to ensure the health and safety of its customers and employees?
- All self-serve stations will be closed until further notice, including the complimentary coffee station, as well as the olive and hot soup bar.
- All seating areas are now closed to customer use.
- We ask that you please practice social distancing while shopping in our stores.
- For the safety and protection of our customers and associates, we are temporarily suspending the use of reusable bags.
- We have installed plexiglass shields at our registers.
What is Miles Farmers Market doing to increase sanitation efforts?
In addition to our already strict sanitation and food safety standards, we’ve hired additional employees dedicated to cleaning the store throughout the day.
How is Miles Farmers Market enforcing social distancing at our store?
We are only implementing and using every other register and have floor markings to encourage the practice of social distancing, consistent with the recommendations from the governor of Ohio. A 40 customer limit has been enforced.
How is Miles Farmers Market supporting its associates?
We are also temporarily modifying our hours to help provide some relief to our associates, who are working tirelessly to sanitize, restock shelves and provide the top-notch service you expect from Miles Farmers Market.
Is Miles Farmers Market currently accepting returns?
To alleviate risk, we will not be accepting returns or issuing refunds at this time. All sales are final.
Grocery Delivery and Curbside Pickup
Are delivery and curbside pickup available at Miles Farmers Market?
We do not offer delivery for groceries.
We are temporarily offering curbside pickup, Monday through Friday. Orders are pulled in order as received. The wait is anywhere from 6 hours to the following day. There is a $20 charge for this service with no minimums. This service is not on our website; you must email your shopping list. You can email your shopping list to our head cashier at, curbside@MilesFarmersMarket.com. Please put ‘Shopping List’ in the subject line and in the body of the email include your name, phone number and of course your detailed shopping list.
