Thanksgiving Catering Policies & Information

1. When & How to Order:

  • The ordering window opens at 9:00 AM on Friday, October 17th, and closes at 4:00 PM on Thursday, November 20th.
  • You can call to place your order with a catering coordinator between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM daily.
  • You can submit an inquiry by filling out this form, and a catering coordinator will reach out with any questions before sending you a quote.

2. Payment:

  • Full payment is required to secure your order. Our catering coordinators will prepare a quote for your review and approval. Convenient online payment is available with your approval. Please be sure that your order is correct and complete before approval. Any requested changes to an approved order will incur a $25 Change Order Fee.

3.Change Order Fee:

  • A $25 fee will apply for any changes requested after a quote has been approved.

4. Preparation Dates:

  • All Thanksgiving orders will be prepared fresh on:
    • Monday, November 24th for pickup on Tuesday, November 25th.
    • Tuesday, November 25th for pickup on Wednesday, November 26th.
  • All orders are packaged cold and include reheating instructions.

5. Curbside Pickup:

  • Convenient drive-through curbside pickup will be available on Tuesday, November 25th and Wednesday, November 26th at the south side of the building. Look for parking lot signs directing you to the designated area.
  • If you plan to do any in-store shopping, we recommend doing so before picking up your catering order.

6. Holiday Store Closure:

  • Miles Farmers Market will be open for regular business hours from 9:00am-6:00pm  on Wednesday, November 26th.
  • Miles Farmers Market will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 27th.
  • Miles Farmers Market will open at 9:00am and close early at 4:00pm on Friday, November 28th.
  • Miles Farmers Market will resume regular business hours on Saturday, November 29th.

7. Leftovers Reminder:

  • Leftovers should be consumed or disposed of by Sunday, November 30th, to ensure food safety. Remember to keep hot foods hot and cold foods cold when serving.

  • You will need to provide your pickup date and a list of items to order. We will also require your name, cell phone number, and email address.

2. How much food do I need?

  • This depends on your guest count and preferences. Our catering coordinators will help you by asking questions like:
    • How many people are you serving?
    • How many adults vs. children?
    • What time are you eating?
    • Are you catering the entire meal or supplementing it with other items?
    • Do you want enough for seconds and leftovers?
  • These questions help us determine the best quantity for your needs.

3. Can I modify or substitute items in the dinner packages?

  • No, modifications or substitutions are not available for our Small and Large Dinner Packages. However, individual items can be ordered separately.

4. Is Miles Farmers Market open on Thanksgiving?

  • No, Miles Farmers Market will be closed on Thanksgiving Day, November 27th.

5. Can I request ingredient details for allergy concerns?

  • Yes, we offer ingredient transparency for all Thanksgiving menu items. Just ask, and we will provide the information.

6. How are Thanksgiving orders packaged?

  • All orders will be packaged cold with clear reheating instructions provided, ensuring your meal is perfect when served.

7. How long will it take to receive my quote?

  • It can take up to two business days to prepare your quote, which will include a detailed list of requested menu items and itemized pricing.

8. Do quotes expire?

  • Yes, unapproved quotes will expire on Wednesday, November 19th.

9. What should I bring for pickup?

  • Please bring a copy of your paid invoice to expedite the pickup process. A digital copy on your phone is also acceptable.
