Roasted Potato Dippers

Bag the chips and try these roasted potatoes with your favorite dips. Good with thick pork chops or to serve as an appetizer.


  • 2 pounds new potatoes
  • 4 tablespoons vegetable oil


  • Cut potatoes into quarters; in plastic bag, toss potato pieces with vegetable oil. Grill over medium fire, turning occasionally, to cook evenly, about 20 minutes.
  • Alternatively, place potato pieces in shallow pan and roast in a 400°F oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until nicely browned and tender.
