Ginger-Orange Dip

Give Appetizer Meatballs a burst of citrus with this dip. Also try a drizzle on sliced roast sandwiches.


  • 3 ounces orange juice concentrate, thawed (½ of a 6-ounce container)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger root, grated
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed 


  • In medium bowl stir together orange juice concentrate, olive oil, ginger and garlic. Mix well.
